The Center for Progress protested Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Rector’s election with action-performance

At the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, a non-governmental organization – the Center for Progress held an action-performance the day before the election. The Center for Progress demanded to postpone the election and remove the candidate, which is suspected of plagiarism until an independent body investigates the incident. At the same time, we demanded the establishment of an independent association, which will be composed of local and international competent persons, including non-governmental organizations.
